      With a background spanning high-end fashion and luxury furniture, Jason is recognized for his stealth ability to translate brand strategies into commercial success. His expertise lies in U.S. market expansion, scaling sales organizations, and leading operational excellence across globally recognized brands.

      As Co-Founder and a Brand Ambassador & Developer, Jason built Brand Modul into a national platform, directing U.S. market development for European design partners and manufacturers, building strategic dealer networks and brand programs that support sustainable growth and long-term relevance.

      As the leader of Cassina Los Angeles, Jason secured the flagship showroom in a landmark Eames-designed building, and currently oversees all strategic, commercial, and cultural initiatives—guiding brand positioning, client experience, and high-value partnerships.

      Previously, Jason served as Chief Operating Officer of Diva Group, one of the nation’s leading luxury furniture dealerships, where he led multi-brand operations, national sales teams, showroom strategy, and revenue performance.

      With a superior reputation for integrity, refined judgment, strategic clarity, and credibility in the design industry, Jason has led operations for globally recognized European brands— elevating brand visibility and enhancing performance, while making an influential impact in the luxury design industry.

      Highly-respected in the luxury design industries, Amanda Simpson is Co-Founder of Brand Modul, bringing more than two decades of experience in B2B sales strategy, brand partnerships, contract sales, and large-scale market development.

      Her career spans luxury furniture contract sales, design-driven environments, and high-profile luxury development, where she is recognized for her ability to translate complex offerings into clear, scalable growth strategies while preserving brand integrity. Amanda brings a rare fluency, and exceptional discipline to execution, coupled with acute acumen of how luxury design products perform in competitive, high-value markets.

      As Co-Founder and a Brand Specialist, Amanda leads the Brand Modul sales team and oversees strategic relationships across the full client and brand partner ecosystem—driving project-based business development across B2B, contract, and trade channels for a curated portfolio of luxury brands. In parallel, she serves as Head of B2B for Terra Outdoor and President of Business Development for Jati-Kebon USA, directing partnerships, sales strategy, and commercial growth initiatives across North America.

      Previously, Amanda spent eight years at Restoration Hardware, most recently as Vice President of Sales & Business Development, where she led North American and Caribbean sales strategy across hospitality, multi-residential, and commercial sectors and directed a $100M+ contract organization.

      With a sterling reputation for eloquence, collaboration, operational rigor, and entrusted relationships within the architecture, design, and development communities, Amanda is widely respected for building durable partnerships, scalable commercial systems, and intentional growth platforms within premium design environments.
